Ocean Academy

Brand new primary school Ocean Academy in Poole Dorset, wanted to make their outdoor space as stimulating and exciting as their new classrooms.
Playtime by Fawns worked in consultation with the main contractor and head teacher of the new school to design a number of play areas which could grow and develop as the school population grew.
The first stage involved a challenging trail area which would encourage risk taking and improve the children’s balance and agility skills as well as a seating area to create an outdoor classroom.
We went back to see the first intake of pupils getting the most from their break times and illustrating just how versatile our trail equipment is!
