Southfields Primary School

Creating all weather open ended play spaces that will allow not just ball games but all sorts of movement orientated games, this is becoming increasingly essential for all primary schools. We supplied and installed this multi use games area at Southfields Primary School in Coventry and went back to see how it has transformed PE, break and lunch times.

The MUGA or ‘elephant cage’ as the school has affectionately named it (the head teacher had told the children as it was being constructed that it was to house the new school elephant) allows a multitude of games to be undertaken in all weather conditions.

The children said that their PE lessons are now the best ones ever!
