After successfully installing a trim trail for the KS1 playground we were invited in to quote for a new Multi Use Games Area for the KS2 playground. The main purpose was for football and basketball, therefore we agreed to mark out the courts on the existing tarmac rather than opt for an artificial surface, which would limit the bounce for basketball. The budget was very tight and it was important that the court was as large as possible to accommodate as many children as possible. The new MUGA has been a huge success at break times by allowing a specific area for ball games!
