Develops speaking, listening and team-work skills in a messy play environment which helps children learn to share, take turns, lead and follow instructions. Using their own imagination, the children’s language skills are broadened as they describe what they are making.
Maths skills are developed with counting, measuring, weighing and pouring.
The tactile and sensory experience especially of ‘touch’ helps children get accustomed to the natural environment and world around them.
Fine motor and gross motor skills are developed as well as hand/eye co-ordination while handling utensils and lifting pots and pans.
