Roseacre Primary School

Roseacre Primary School in Blackpool asked Fawns to come up with some creative de signs to transform an under utilised outdoor space adjacent to their reception class rooms.  The school were keen to create an area that would encourage role play and greater outdoor learning opportunities. We covered parts of the area with artificial grass including some stages which were often slippy when wet, utilised the wall space with arts and crafts panels and recommended our takamaka as the perfect role play prop. As you can see the children make great use of it including the outdoor musical instruments.
