Cotton End Lower School

With ever increasing pupil numbers and playground space at a premium, Headteacher, Karen Headland at Cotton End Lower School, contacted Playtime by Fawns for advice on how to create a fun, exciting and stimulating outside area that would cater for all of her pupils requirements.

Utilising our vast experience working with Schools, Playtime by Fawns designed a challenging, multi-purpose play structure, that offered a wide variety of physical activity for both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 Children. The new “Discovery” play structure was specifically designed to cater for a large number of children, but also to take up the minimum amount of space on the playground.

By positioning the new “Discovery” play structure in the best location in the playground and installing a Shade Canopy, Seating and several Thermoplastic Sports Line Markings, Playtime by Fawns created a zoned play space which provided something for each individual child, and will be enjoyed for many years to come!!
