The Finishing Touches

Safer Surfacing

Fencing

Whatever your shade requirements we can create a Shade Sails structure that will meet or exceed them.

You have 3 basic shapes and 13 different colours to choose from, and remember that we can design a Shade Sails unit by combining shapes and mixing colours to create a really attractive structure that will both enhance your area and create a cool shady place to sit, play and teach.

The Problem

The provision of sufficient shade in playgrounds and open spaces is becoming more important with the ever-increasing risk of skin cancer in today's climate.

Normally associated with hot and sunny destinations, research now shows that skin cancer is the most commonly diagnosed form of cancer in the UK today.

The Solution

Shade Sails block 99% of harmful UV rays, giving you all the protection you need and a significantly cooler place to sit, play or teach.

Each Shade Sails structure can be tailor made with many standard shapes and colours to choose from, so we can build a Shade Sails structure to meet your specific requirements. We can also provide you with a 3D CAD drawing showing an example of the shade pattern that you could expect to see on a particular day and time.

Hyperbolic Square - In essence a square sail using four posts where two of the posts are higher than the other two, creating an undulating shape. It is possible to achieve a similar effect with two triangular sails, so the structure can have 2 different colours.
(Maximum size per sail: 8m x 8m)
Triangles - Either equilateral (all sides the same length) or isosceles (two sides the same length) triangular sails using three posts. With triangular sails in different colours, sizes and configurations it is possible to make some very attractive architectural designs.
(Maximum size per sail: 8m lengths (any side))
14 different fabric colours to choose from
All with a 10 year UV warranty
