Rose Street School

As part of ongoing improvements to their early years area, Playtime by Fawns were invited by Rose Street School in Sheerness, to create an exciting and colourful climbing area that could be used by mixed ability children from the nursery and foundation stage classes.

Retiring Head Teacher Julie Holmes was keen to get the project confirmed before leaving the school at the end of summer term. Having seen a local installation by Fawns, at another school, we won approval after submitting designs for one of our Hollywood towers with water and island themed wetpour surfacing.

As you can see from the pictures the equipment and surfacing add amazing colour as well as a whole range of climbing, sliding and role play opportunities for the children. The school are really pleased with the end results and praised the installation teams who even accommodated last minute changes to the design of the surfacing.
