Isleworth Town Primary School

As part of their expansion from a three form entry to four form entry, this large primary school in Middlesex invited Fawns to help design their new Nursery and Reception play area having visited our stand at The Nursery World Show in February 2015. Paul Hales, the Area Sales Manager, worked with key stakeholders at the school including Headteacher Eileen Sheedy and school business manager Jayne Thorpe to design an outside learning environment that fitted in with the school’s key ethos of nurturing confident children with self belief, resilience and independence who become successful learners. The school invited us back to see the results of the project, an open ended learning and play space offering challenge that engages the children and helps develop skills of enquiry, investigation and co-operation.
