Hallam Fields Junior School

As part of their drive to improve participation in sports as part of the healthy schools ethos Hallam Fields Junior school in Derbyshire had installed one of our sports fitness trails and bouldering walls over the summer holidays.

Head Teacher, David Brown, wanted to give the children an alternative to the traditional playground games and encourage the children to take part in relay challenges as part of free play during lunch and break times. Installing artificial grass underneath the trail ensures that it can be used all year round.

The school invited us back to see some of the year 5 and 6 student put the equipment through it’s paces.
