Materials

Choosing the appropriate material for the job is a crucial ingredient in ensuring our award winning products continue to set the standard.

Ropes

All the ropes incorporated within our equipment are steel reinforced nylon structures, whose load bearing capacities are laboratory tested for your peace of mind. They meet the most rigorous of safety standards including TUV and EN 1176, and are available in any of five colours.

HDPE

High Density Polyethylene offer a multitude of features which makes the material perfect for the use on our play equipment, including UV stability to resist fading, recyclable and with a high impact resistance. The panels we use throughout our range are virtually maintenance free, and available in 20 colour combinations to offer a variety of styles and designs.

Timber

We use various timber products throughout our range, but you can be confident that all the timber is sourced from sustainable sources, and so comes with the recognised FSC mark. Guaranteed for up to 15 years against rot and infestation and treated with child friendly preservatives, the products offer all the benefits of a natural material but with a minimum of on going maintenance.

Metalwork & Paint Finish

Our metal equipment is either treated with a zinc metal thermal spray or galvanised, which extends the life of the paintwork and helps to reduce maintenance costs. A polyester powder paint is then applied electro statically, creating a corrosion resistant finish. The metal finishing system enables us to confidentially provide our customers with extensive guarantees.
